FLEX SUPPORT FOR MYAPPS

  • Flex 10-Pack and Flex Per-Incident Support for MyApps provides affordable access to MyApps technical support for those who prefer to pay as you go. Available only for MyApps Spring Green Pack, MyApps Add-on for Retail in the ODC supported countries
  • Contact your MyApps partner to purchase Flex 10-Pack and Flex Per-Incident Support for MyApps.
  • Get the list price of a Flex support incident from your local MyApps Partner. Flex support takes an 8 hour+ response time. Support Incidents that are purchased separately expire one year after purchase date.
  • Scope of Flex Support: Configuration/development. 1 ticket for 1 issue reporting having a maximum 8 consulting hour for that issue (if the scope demands 8+ hours, then each 8 hour will use up 1 ticket of your pack). Normally these issues are related to how did you configure your MyApps. Our consultant do not fix your data, but show you the reason behind the issue so that you can fix it. Dependency: access to your database in a SANDBOX environment (Consultants do not work with live database). Support mode: remote tool and video conference with your ERP team, no physical presence.

PRICING OF SERVICE PLAN

  • Service plan is sold based on calendar year. The price depends on regular (not the offered/complementary price you might received) published price of the product of that calendar year based multiplied by size of ERP purchased (Number of users/branches based on product).
  • The SILVER PLAN is based on Annual Enhancement Plan (AEP) which is 15% cost of the current years published price payable as PRE-PAID to activate the service. Your local taxes will be added with the cost. Your first recorded published price will be the guaranteed price in case of guaranteed price scheme for enhancement of licenses, not for SERVICE PLAN.
  • The GOLD PLAN and Platinum Plan are based on service level agreement, which is only applicable once you get a SILVER PLAN and our (or our partners) consultant get to know your environment.
